Vintage: it starts in early October, when the grapes are fully ripe. The bunches are collected in small approximately 20-kg crates and selected manually.
Winemaking: accurate pressing and low-speed destemming.Fermentation at controlled temperature to enhance the fragrance of the various grape varieties
Ageing: more than 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels and additional refining for 12 months in bottles
Food matches: ideal with typical cured meat, fresh filled pasta, braised meat, game, roast meat and seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature: ideally around 20° C.
